Leadership Team Toolkit

Introduction

This section aims to assist school Leadership Teams auditing the current use of ICT in supporting learning and teaching within their school. It is hoped that by carrying out this ‘review and audit’ after engaging with activities related to developing a vision, the Leadership Team will assess their current status in the context of what they would like to achieve. In this way they may be more open to identifying practice or elements within their school that they can build on, rather than view ‘developing a vision’ as triggering a complete fresh start.
